Deck Studio, netrep, ccgdb update now available

The YGO Tournament Card Registry has recently been updated and includes the following changes:

Additions:

  • Raging Battle (RGBT)
  • Dark End Dragon (SJCS-EN007)
  • TDGS-SE Cards
  • CSOC-SE Cards
  • CRMS-SE Cards
  • Shonen Jump Magazine Promos (Beast King Barbaros, Tragoedia)

Updates:

  • Tuner monsters that were not properly labelled have been updated.
  • Various rarities of cards that were marked incorrectly.

netrep.net and ccgdb.com have already been updated to reflect these changes. You may need to close your browser and restart it to see them.

For Deck Studio, you can go to Update -> Check for Updates in the menu section or use the manual update process.

When using the manual process, specify the update code 20090608. More details on manually updating Deck Studio can be found in the wiki section.

Known Issues:

  • RONIN does not have this update available at this time since it is still using the old tournament card registry. I am working on getting RONIN up to par as fast as I can so that this it will not be out of synch for much longer.
  • If you perform the manual update for Deck Studio,  you'll find that the "Specify File" dialog window does now show the file you unzipped. This is because the dialog is still looking for the old TCR file, which has an extension of .edb. If you change the filter option to be "All Files" find the file named ygo-library-en-20090608.tkd and use that.
Many thanks go to bitsoft from the Pojo forums, Gustavo, sir_talen, and Gus007 for providing the data and finding the rarity marked incorrectly!!!

Stardust Dragon/A Mode is not listed for Deck studio I was wandering if you not added it yet or if there is a problem

Thanks for the info jawsisra. I'll get this info transferred to the bug section and look into it.

If a previosly saved deck is opened that has side deck cards, those cards cannot be removed.  However, if you add a card to the side deck, that card can be removed.

Thanks for the info jebers. I believe this was the cause outlined in a couple of previous bug reports, but wasn't able to diagnose the full details. I'm going to copy this info over.
